Revised construction Plans for Golf Pointe Subdivision will be on the Drainage Board agenda for approval on January 5th, 2016, at 5:30 in the City Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall.

There is a proposed new subdivision adjacent to Elk Point that has been submitted to the City Of Jeffersonville’s Department of Planning and Zoning. The proposed Golf Pointe Subdivision includes a single new road and 7 lots for single family homes. Due to concerns of safety and drainage issues submitted by Elk Pointe homeowners, and Plan Commission members, at the July 28 Plan Commission meeting, the preliminary plat submission was tabled until further information could be gathered and changes made by the developer.
A re-submission of the plat will need to be made to the Plan Commission, and then the project will have to be approved by the City’s Drainage Board. Click on the image below for a larger image of the proposed plat of the Golf Pointe Subdivision.
